Weight Loss
After training with both weights and cardio, one can
expect to lose body fat and increase tone. But these
visible changes in the body are not always reflected
in the scale. The work you do with weights will make
your muscles stronger, therefore building muscle. The
muscle you are putting on will not be big bulky
muscle, but instead lean muscle that adds tone and
definition to your body shape. As you replace body fat
with muscle, you will achieve a leaner, more toned
physique.
Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat so don't be discouraged by your weight. As I said before, weight is just a number. I recommend tracking your results by looking in the mirror, and noticing how your clothes fit, not by worrying about the numbers on the scale.
