Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned athlete, or someone returning to exercise after an injury, I will customize a workout that will challenge and suprise you. I pride myself on making each training session unique, and of course fun, so that you never get bored and you stay motivated. Many of my workouts are different from what other personal trainers do, but I guarantee that you will achieve results. Afraid to use weights?

Many people who are first embarking on an exercise program believe that cardio is the only type of exercise needed to slim down and lose weight. The truth is that weights should also be included in your routine to help build lean muscle mass and to achieve tone. Combining cardio and weights will help you achieve your desirable physique in a quicker amount of time as opposed to just doing one of the two. Weights will not cause injury as long as you perform the exercise with good form, which is what I monitor and teach while training my clients. Once I start you on a workout regime that combines cardio and weights, your body will respond with a loss of body fat and an increase in definition.
