What do you need for fitness:

  • Time - Make time to fit in a workout even if it's just some sit ups and push ups while on break from work
  • Intensity - Give it your all or go home.
  • Frequency - 3-5 days for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half tops.
  • Patience - Results won't come over night; it could take up to a month or more to see visible results.
  • Heart - Achieving results depends alot on how much heart you put into your workouts. You must be dedicated, motivated and persistent if you want to reach your goals.

I am available for in-home training in many areas throughout Northern New Jersey, including Morris County and Essex County; and a long list of towns, including Whippany, Cedar Knolls, East Hanover, Parsippany, Florham Park, Morristown, Morris Plains, Livingston, Roseland, Essex Fells, Caldwell, Madison, Short Hills, Chatham, Summit, Denville, Rockaway, Montville, Wayne, and many more.
